Happy Birthday, Wilberforce

This Friday, in recognition of William Wilberforce’s birthday (actual day is today), Wilberforce house may wear house colors, purple and green, and jeans or shorts that meet dress code. You can read more about this house hero here: Wilberforce

Back-to-School Bash

9th through 12th grade students, please let us know you are coming by printing, filling out, and returning the camper registration form  and Providence Permission Slip by Tuesday, August 25th. Cost is $55.  

Kaplan PSAT Cram Sessions

11th Grade Juniors: if you are interested, Kaplan is offering free last-minute online tutorials for the PSAT, which is Oct. 14. You can find out more and register at kaptest.com/psatcram.  These are online strategy sessions, taught by an expert instructor, designed to help students navigate the test. There are a few adjustments to the test this year, so it might be a good idea to check it out. All 9th through 11th graders will be taking the PSAT this year. For 11th graders, the test will count toward National Merit qualification. Freshmen and Sophomores are welcome to sign up for these cram sessions, but they are designed for Juniors.

10 –  Mary Poppins Book Celebration: English Tea Party

11, 15, 17  ERB Standardized Test for 2nd-8th grades

24-25 – School Pictures  (Grades PK – 4 on Thursday; 5th – 12th on Friday)

25 – Pumpkin Patch field trip for PK – 4th grades, 1-3 p.m.

29- Tuesday Touchpoint: SWR Kinder Refresher Course  – Lisa Almond
