Vision/Hearing Screenings
A school nurse will be available to complete vision and hearing screenings for students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, or 3rd grades or students new to Providence in 2nd and 4th grades. Families can also submit immunization records, asthma/seizure/allergy plans, and medication to be administered at school during this time.
